Used to have a lot of respect for these guys... Brought my car in to replace one tire, but ended up having to pay for waaaaay more work (over $1200). That was annoying, but I understand that car parts and labor are expensive so I let it slide. One of areas that needed work were the brakes, so I paid for brand new brakes and rotors to be added. Got a complete new state inspection and was given a pass by them. Unfortunately the new brakes were extremely squeaky, so I brought my car back a week later to have them check it out. We've been bringing our cars to County Tire for nearly a decade. Whether it's to swap summer tires for snows, to get an oil change or inspection, or to deal with some larger issue with our minivan or our plow truck, we like and trust the people at this shop. And a lot of our friends and family feel the same. Their service is professional and honest, their waiting room is pleasant (including a nice clean play area for small children) and they go out of their way to treat you well. This would all be enough to keep us coming back, but then we learned that this business does a lot to help

I made an appointment to get my car inspection here because I work so close. I made an appointment online and didn't get a call back for 2 days, they didn't know i had already called and mace an appointment. I had called the day after to make sure the appointment I made online was ok. It wasn't. I told them I would drop it off at 8:30, would be walking to work & would walk back at 5. Simply the best tire store I have encountered. Honest, fast with great pricing. I needed new snow tires for a car that doesn't get driven a great deal. They suggested used Hakkapleiittas. The used tires were about a third of the price of a new set and I used them for four winters.
My other vehicle is driven more than 60-thousand miles a year. Steve suggested a Firestone tire that was much quieter than the tires I had been using and they have lasted longer. These people know their tires!

I have been using County Tire for about 4 years. They have been more than fair in terms of repairs, replacement tires, estimates and advice. More than once I've been in a jamb only to have Steve pull a rabbit out of his hat, fix my car and off I go.
Timely service, spotless waiting room with wi-fi and they always remember your name. I keep going back. Once they know you prepare yourself to experience a family business at its best.
