Dr. Haynes completed her training at the Halifax Health Center for Family and Sport Medicine Residency Program. She has completed additional training in aesthetics, laser cosmetic procedures and physician-supervised weight management. As of 2015, Dr. Haynes is the first and only Board Certified Obesity Medicine Physician serving the Volusia, Flagler and St. Johns, Clay, Putnam and Lake counties.

Dr. Haynes is the absolute best doctor I have ever encountered. I've moved around Florida a lot but never came across a primary doctor that has been as kind, patient, and as wonderful as she is. The office is clean and her staff is wonderful, too. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a caring doctor to go see her. She is the best!!

Today was my first visit. I recently moved to Florida and getting into a doctor has been extremely difficult. My Aunt recommended Dr. Haynes and explained the membership-based process (even though I have insurance). She spent a good amount of time with me. She asked questions and was very responsive to my concerns. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I look forward to working with her and meeting my health goals. Very friendly and professional staff and extremely clean environment.

We just started using Dr Haynes in Dec 2020 - we are executing a plan to stop using insurance. Two weeks in I came down with an infection that required attention. She spent time listening and prescribed antibiotics. After a few days I did not see improvement and emailed her after hours - I got a quick response. That night it got better and I reported in - again a quick response. I would never get this service from a regular doctor that takes insurance.

I have been with Dr. Haynes for years, and I so appreciate the care and concern that she has for all her patients. When I was going through a time of medical uncertainty, Dr. Haynes went out of her way to check on me and walk me through each step of the way. Truly, it has been great to get to know the entire staff at Family First Health Center.
Gina especially has a way of making everyone who walks through the door feel special without being over-the-top or it feeling fake. I think it’s apparent that all the staff are happy to come to work & they truly treat their patients well!

I love everything about this office!! The staff are very kind, friendly and make you feel at home. Dr. Haynes and Dr. Kim are very personable, caring, and through. I definitely recommend them and their services to everyone, with or without insurance. I don't have any insurance so this is perfect for me. The rates are very comparable and reasonable.

Dr. Haynes and her staff are amazing. Gena at the front desk is the epitome of customer service. My dad enrolled our family back when I was high school and if I wasn't in another state with insurance through the military now, I'd go back to Family First Health Center for all my medical needs. They truly care and will work with you. I can not say enough nice things. Dr. Haynes has always helped me with whatever I needed and I never felt judged or talked down to for anything I ever asked or came in about. Dr. Hayes has to be the best doctor we've ever had. She is very responsive and easy to work with. She's even done virtual visits for my kids when I wasn't able to leave work. She is personable and very well versed. She is also very thorough, which is really appreciated. Her office staff is also very friendly and understanding any time I call. I would recommend her to anyone. ANYONE!
