We stopped in while were in Terre Haute to ride at Griffin Bike Park and happy we did. Jerry helped me out with a quick repair on my bike after a crash. The staff was helpful with local eating ideas. The shop cat was a huge hit with my wife and sealed the deal for J's being our LBS whenever we are back in town to hit trails.

Great place knowledgeable. The owner Jerry he is a great salesman doesnt pressure you into buying and wants you to be happy and feel good about your purchase. Love the place I live in Indianapolis and still would drive down just to get anything I need.

Great communication on the phone seemed to be a customer friendly place. Something alot of places in terre haute don't practice didnt end up going to sell my bike but if I decide too this will be the place! A+ on Customer welcoming and that's awesome thank you this bussiness will be here to stay for sure.

J's bikes is the best place in town to buy top quality bikes for all your outdoor activities from the beginner to the extreme sports adrenalin junky. Theres no comparison to to the big box stores, I was definitely a critic of the prices but the quality is second to none. They have a full service bike shop to service or repair or custom fit your bike to you, they also have helmets and shoes and just about everything you would need to go riding. Go test ride a bike from here and you will understand lol.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to find the right bike to fit my needs. absolutely love the rack they installed. So much better than the shop we went to in Bloomington and didn't try to sell things I don't really need. I really appreciate that. Thanks Jerry.

Truly shows J's experience one of the best bike builders i have ever seen in years really knows his stuff excellent customer service. Just bought a new Trek yesterday from J's. Jerry (the owner) was amazing, he took the time to suggest how great the 29 inch tires can be with mountain bikes today and he was totally right. Then he assembled the bike himself. I have been a serious mountain bike rider even before shocks were available on mountain bikes. I've been riding Griffin Bike Park 3-5 times per week lately on 26 inch Rock Hopper and after today's experience in the mud for 1 hour I'm sold on Trek. The 29'ers are understandably smoother, faster, etc. The fine tuning Jerry did with brakes and gears was trouble free and smooth

These people were competent, really knew their bikes. One of the guys suggested something I would have never picked out myself. When I rode the Trek Dual Sport it was easily one of the best bikes I have ever rode, until I wrecked it right in front of their shop (overestimated my own riding skills). They ran to my rescue, called an ambulance, didn't ask me to pay for the bike repairs, and welcomed me to come back when I was healthy. They earned all my future bicycle business!

I have been going to Jerry since he worked at Terre Haute Cycle and Fitness, so when I heard he opened up his own shop I knew where I was going. J's staff is always helpful in a down-to-earth fashion. Everyone that works there is a rider/racer and for sure know what they are talking about. I would never take my rides anywhere else.

Great shop - very willing to get anything for you. Very customized service. Owner is a rider too - can talk the talk and walk the walk.
