Greg responded to my initial call right away and came to look at the job - he arrived right on time and had a formal estimate emailed to me that night. We scheduled the work with him and on the scheduled date, he and his crew arrived right on time at 8am. They did a great job with the removal and neatly stacked all of the wood for us. There wasn't a stray branch or leaf to be found when they were gone. Very professional all around!

My mother needed an old apple tree taken down in her back yard. On the advice of a friend, she hired Gregory Potter at Potter Tree Care. Gregory came to the house promptly, provided a very reasonable estimate, followed up on the first meeting, and fit the job into his busy schedule. He came on the appointed day, took down the tree, and cleaned up everything, even disposing of a big lump of cement that someone had put in the tree! All the while, he was polite, pleasant, and personable. We will certainly use Gregory's services again and would recommend him to anyone needing tree service.
