We had a great experience at Powersports Plus. The sales floor is nice and has a good selection of recreational vehicles. My son was able to find a bike that would work for him and David was very helpful answered ALL of our many many questions.

Horrible customer service we took a trax car in for repair as we have always done and the man let us stand there for almost 10 mins before I had to bother him on his computer to tell us they no longer provide this service. I could understand if he had customers or was on the phone but not the issue. He never looked up from his screen and acknowledged us when talking we have bought several ATVs and safety equipment over the years but service has gotten so impersonal there lately

TRAVIS IS THE WORST SALESMAN IMAGINABLE I TOLD HIM I WAS COMING 8 HOURS TO GET A UNIT THEY WERE SELLING AND HE SOLD IT OUT FROM UNDER ME HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM WHEN YOU GO HERE YOU WILL BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF I SPOKE WITH HIM YESTERDAY MULTIPLE TIMES THEY CLOSE AT 6PM AS OF 5:55PM I TRIED MUTILPLE TIME TO GIVE HIM A DEPOSIT ANYWAY SO I COULD GUARANTEE IT WOULD BE MINE AND HE ASSURED ME THE UNIT WASNT SOLD AND TOLD ME WE COULD FINALIZE THE SALE THIS MORNING AS THEY CLOSED IN 5 MINUTES AND THAT HE WOULD BE IN AT 9:30 AS SOON AS WE GOT OFF THE PHONE HE LISTED THE UNIT

I would give this place a zero if i could however of course at least one star must be given. The service department has no problem riding your bike (150 miles to be exact) and the “manager”accusing you of wanting everything free when you decline their measly senseless solutions to rectify their wrongdoing. Yeah avoid this place people they are horrible people with horrible customer service!!!

My boyfriend went to business to see about purchasing and was unaware the place was closed. Doors were wide open so he walked in and salesman was very rude and said "what are you doing in here we are obviously closed" his tone was disrespectful. Walked out to see a very small sign stating closed. Not good customer service at all. Must not want to make a sale.

Maybe my expectations were just a little bit too high for what I was looking for.
My online experience (because I’m 150 miles away) left me just a tad bit disappointed.
However, my in-person experience kinda made up for it.
I was very pleasantly greeted & patiently awaited the salesperson I had been working with online.
The selection of motorcycles left me a little deflated. I was really hoping to walk away with a little more thrill than I did.
It’s all good though. At least I have a few more options to consider in my pursuit of my motorcycle purchasing !?!

After posting this review there was a response from the Customer Service Manager. I contacted her and explained what had happened. The manager was contacted by her and got involved, information exchanged and everyone walked away happy. As a result I changed the star rating. Every business will have bumps in the road. It is my opinion that how those bumps are resolved determines the quality of the business. This one did things right.

Setup new tires and installation on the phone, got there today, they didn’t show an appt for me. Didn’t matter, took me right in, got the job done, while I waited, in a reasonable amount of time. Price was lower than estimated, folks were nice. I’ll use them again, and you should too. A dealer in Tallahassee said “we can’t help you, we don’t work on bikes more than 10 yrs old”. Didn’t hear that nonsense here. Drove an hour, due to my local shop giving high estimates, even after yrs of patronage, new owners don’t seem to care about repeat customers.Give em a try.

Dont understand their business model. Went to buy a new motorcycle, said I would be purchasing inside 30 days, left my contact info, requested a callback when the floor model I was interested in was serviced and ready for a test ride.
Never heard back from them.
Drove up to Marietta, and bought the new bike there.
I plan to give them an opportunity to service it, but my expectations are not high.

Ordered part from them and received different item. I called them to return. They were arrogant and unproffessional laying the blame on my ordering the wrong part. Luckily I had taken a screen shot of the order and there incorrect parts layout. They treated me with suspicion until I offered to send it to them. When they received it they decided to issue a refund but were going to still charge me a 15% restock fee. What!? because of their mistake I have to pay? I again made my case and after lengthy lectures of their infalability and posturing on their part I got them to waive it. Guess they get

Terrible service. Stripped the screws on my saddlebag and it took over a month for them to fix it. Overcharged me for an oil change by about 50 dollars. 1 trip turned into 3 to get all the repairs. I contacted the general manager about all the issues and he seemed unconcerned. Definitely will not return.
