I had a very pleasant buying experience with the entire staff at RC Hills. Kudos to Mark Sheldon, Jim Mitchell and Kristin Shea. I made contact with Jim they had the motorcycle in stock and was very fair with my trade in value. Kristin handled my finance arrangements with lightning fast care. Absolutely outstanding customer service. They took care of me the moment I walked in the door and treated me like family. Never once felt pressured to buy anything or to put any money down. I was able to test ride and make the decisions on my own without being pushed. They 100% knew my financial situation and they worked with me the entire time to get a payment I was comfortable with. Will definitely be back! I had called around 15+ places - even out of state. RC Hill had one of the best selections of 4 wheelers. Right off the bat Rick was very helpful and one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with, and I dont say that lightly. He was not pushy at all and found me exactly what I was looking for and for it being his FIRST DAY on the job there, I was very impressed with his knowledge. He helped us all the way through the process (via phone as well as when we got to the store) to make sure everything was satisfactory. Their service department was great with the bells and whistles

Had a great experience trading in a small motorcycle for a larger one! Rick Smith is one of the newer sales people and he help me confirm the bike I was interested in. Honda makes so many models it’s hard to pick! Rick was great and the whole process was not high pressure but trying to get me out the door as a happy camper. For me it was a new CB500x. Lots of smiles riding home! Thanks guys!! And oh yes. The price was hundreds less than two other Honda dealers I tried.

The staff at RC HILL was very nice. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped on the property. Unfortunately the motorcycle that I came to buy was not prepared for me even though I called three hours prior to my arrival. I waited more that an hour just to test ride the bike and then another two plus hours for the paperwork to be completed (cash purchase no financing). I understand that the store was busy with customers and there is a process for the sale but they could've been more proactive and at least preped the bike before I got there to reduce the time. It shouldn't take four hours to buy a motorcycle

I live an hour and a half away so I called when I saw they had an almost new side by side. Talked to the salesman about several different aspects of it and tell him I have to drive so I was making sure they still had it. Get there, and immediately can tell it's been wrecked. No mention of this on the phone. Best part is that they only knocked off 500 from a brand new one. The roll cage was ruined making repairs necessary for a safe machine. Never dealing with them again.

Hands down the most professional group I’ve encountered. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and directed me to Mike G. who I had asked for by name. Between sales, finance, and service I was out the door with my new ride in less than 2 hours. My ride back home was as long it took for the process! Everyone genuinely cared for my experience. They’ve earned my loyalty and business. I truly look forward to having my service handled by RC HIll !!

Service writer was great. Even though it was his last week,he still showed genuine care for the customers, walking through the door. Very down to earth and a realist. I did not get a chance to meet the technician who changed the tire on my bike, but rides great now. Only reason for the four stars is that it was still a little pricey even though I purchased the front tire and still had it installed for a little over $200 just for one tire

Note: This review reflects my Honda Motorcycle Demo Ride Held on March 14th 2020 at 9:00 am. Although the Demo was held at this location by RC Hill, there was a separate Honda team holding the demo rides around the back of the main store.

I decided to contact R.C. Hill despite the mostly negative reviews on Yelp. That was a mistake. I concur with those who's impression was negative. Completely false advertising. I inquired about a motorcycle advertised on their website. It is new, a leftover 2014. This is clearly a bike they wish to sell. It read "sale price 8,999". Ok. Assume some modest dealer fee, tags, & tax. The salesman Jim Mitchell quotes me well over $11,000 out the door. Shipping fee $450. Assembly fee $250. Add $700 tax. That's $10,400. Add tags & registration

Was contacted recently by this dealership through a Craigslist sales ad for my 2011 Honda CBR 600. The salesman who contacted me was great, talked up the sale and made it sound great. Drove 2 hours out to Deland to complete the sale and was completely low balled at the dealership. The issue cited by the salesman was damage to the rear fairing, which he would need to replace. (Along with a few other minor issues that WERE NOT a problem on the phone and DID NOT effect price they offered me over the phone). Called to buy a honda 110 motorcycle they had on sale for $1895 . I told them I would take it . The salesman said " let me speak with my manager about a better price " I told him I was also in sales... but ok . He called me back and said " good news we can sell you the bike for $1495 .... Bought a used Honda ST 1300 from this dealer. Was told by the salesman that it had been checked out and serviced. Purchased it and had to bring it back within 30 minutes due to the FI ( Fuel Injection Light) came on and it was stalling out and had no power. They brought it in and told me they replaced the spark plugs and turned up the idle a bit. Salesman kept saying that it had been sitting at the dealership for 3 months and it just needed to be riden. I ran Seafoam thru the gas tank which was on fumes when I took delivery on it . It was still running very rough and loading up. I decided to pull

I had a great experience with Andrew (salesman) and with the Service technician....can't remember his name, but he's awesome. I paid a reasonable price on my scooter, they delivered it to my house an hour away! I had to wait for the rack and trunk to come in and be installed. They told me the end of July - and I am still waiting.
UPDATE: 8/5/16 my scooter is complete and will be delivered tomorrow. Bryan, the service manager, has offered to pay my car rental expense for the time I had no scooter. Who does that??? Inspite of the delay in parts and installation, they are good to deal

Went in to by a motorcycle and was given a price. I came back with my price as is typical with any negotiation but I wanted some installed accessories to be included in the price I gave. The salesman asked me to go to the parts counter to pick out these accessories . Next thing I know I'm in with the finance guy with no further negotiations. I've signed about 3 pages and get to the bill of sale and the price was $1800 more than I had presented. Shocked and after a discussion about my price, I walked out. About an hour
