Overpriced and a no return policy without exceptions, really disappointed in that since it wasn’t even opened. it’s understandable to an extent, but a business should be more flexible with that sort of thing in my opinion. quality of the mattress was also very poor. if you want a good quality mattress and solid price, along with a return policy, go to costco, i made a mistake.
