Sound Options was a godsend in both their caregivers and care managers in helping me locate an Altzheimers facility for my husband who suffers from early onset Alzheimer's. I highly recommend them! They were referred to me by the Altzheimers Association and I gladly give everyone I know their name as a reference. My care manager provided such strong and professional support, I could not have navigated the waters without her. And every care giver we had in home was extremely well trained, far better than any previous agency I used. I strongly disagree with the one other review listed on this

They didn't know how to provide meals and services as advertised. Didn't even know how to use the dishwasher. Sound Options invests very little in the training of their staff. Many of their caretakers knew little about the care my mother needed. They spent
