Horrible customer service! Called to inquire about availability of some Chivari chairs and the rep was snotty and unprofessional about the dates before I even mentioned the date of our event. Was short when asking if I was already a customer, and the lack of availability of ANY chair for ANYTIME soon. I mentioned their website didn't have a lot of information with regards to pricing or cushion colors and she quipped about how she wasn't in charge in the website. At this point, enough was enough, I told her she had a poor attitude and that I'd take my order for 200+ chairs elsewhere. No need to

Staff was relatively friendly, however when I was informed that the tables we were renting would be a little ‘bruised up’ I was initially okay with that. But they’re definitely more then ‘bruised up’. Some falling apart, bunch of dents in them. Tables weren’t in the greatest of conditions.
The chairs were good, few of them were a little sticky and I had to clean them up for my wedding.
Table linens were perfect.
All in all, they served the purpose of what we needed them for. You get what you pay for more or less.

Absolutely the worst customer service. They were great but when it came time to delivery and pick up I have never met such rude and terrible customer service. Never again will I use this company or ever recommend them. So disappointed the chairs were dirty as well we had to clean them. Then they tried to charge us for absolutely nothing. So disappointed.

Went here to rent table clothes for my sisters wedding. The first time the lady was super nice and new (mostly) everything we asked. We ended up renting navy table clothes for a weekend. The day we picked them up we went in to pay the remaining balance and pick up the table clothes and the lady couldnt find our name. She asked 7 times what the last name was (within 3 mins). Not saying my name is very common but 7 times is a little much. I even spelled it three times. Finally she found it (said it was becuz it was a gloomy day out that they all were a little off) we paid the remaining balance and

This is a pretty specific complaint, but as my past reviews would indicate, I do not like being lied to. Made an appointment regarding an upcoming wedding. We were told that they were unable to set up/take down events in public parks. That was disappointing - but they also claimed that their competitor, United Rentals, had the same policy. It didn't take long to find out that that was BS.
I understand why AAA wouldn't want liability for whatever occurs out in the unpredictable and no doubt chair-hostile elements of nature, but for chrissakes, I was stuck imagining unloading a U-Haul of chairs

Really enjoyed the pickup service they offered, and the table cloths looked great and were just what we were wanting. When we came to get our cloths, we waited around for 20 minutes or so without attention while they were working on other orders, and at one point they wouldn't let us reserve the cloths because their drawer was already closed for the night so they couldn't take our payment (20 minutes before they actually closed even) however, they made up for it with better service later on and made it very easy with pickup.

I recently visited The AAA rental facility in Omaha Nebraska and I must say I was EXTREMELY displeased to say the least. I had made an appointment ahead of time to take a tour of the showroom floor. Upon my arrival I was asked what brought me into the store. I expressed that I was interested in renting table linens. Her immediate (odd) response was, let's look at the price list first before we get started. She said that table linens start out at $4.00 a piece. Ok, no Biggie. Had this company deliver equipment for my wedding. Everything I ordered was delivered on time, but the process before that was a little stressful. Had trouble finding my record almost every time I called in, and couldn't give me a delivery time until the day of the event. A little unnerving with planning a wedding.

After seeing AAA Rentals set up at our venue while we were initially touring it, we decided to give them a shot. They were so excellent and accommodating to all of our requests. We met with them to discuss our vision and Katie Duran (who is also just fantastic!) took the time to really listen to us and make our vision a reality. I wouldn't use anyone else for table, chair and linen rental needs!

Since our wedding was over two years ago, I can't remember what we rented from AAA... But I do remember their service was great. We met and half an hour later were done and satisfied. (I'm inclined to make quick decisions).
Oh, we rented tablecloths and napkins! I know that for sure... the quantity of items you can rent were really unfathomable to me at the time. I didn't know such things existed.
