A little over 25 years ago, I decided to be a photographer. My goal was to take pictures of my family and our travels. Since then, and with the encouragement of my beautiful wife, I turned my hobby into a part-time profession - doing senior and family portraits, events, small weddings, and pet photography in Powder Springs, GA.

Pets are family - sometimes even more so. They bring us happiness, joy, comfort, laughter, and occasionally sadness. Pet portraits are as important to pet lovers as an engagement photo. Affordable pet portraits in Woodstock, Kennesaw, and Marietta are available in studio, a perfect outdoor location, or at your home.
Private school graduation ceremony? Maybe even a wedding? Event photography - including photography for small weddings - is available for $700 for a three hour block of time. You will receive a private gallery where you (and your guests if you want) can view photos, download photos for use on the web, and order prints.
My friend, and great teacher of photography for kids, Brook Hewitt, asked if I could cover an event for local Atlanta radio station Star 94. It was a paid gig, and it was at a Fetch Dog Park. How could I say no? I was asked to cover an event for Around Woodstock magazine. The event was the last day of the season for the Cherokee County Aquatic Center when they opened up their outdoor pool and allowed people to bring their dogs.
This is Edward the dog and Kim his cat - a bonded elderly pair whose humans died and who had no where to go. This is a short version of the story Mirkwood the Beagle. It is short because we don't know (yet) of his "happily ever after". Jill Williams was driving to a friend's home when she spotted a frail puppy abandoned along Shadowridge Drive, the station reported.
This has nothing (really) to do with photography, and a lot to do with my three days in Mexico City learning to cook Mexican food at Aura Cocina Mexicana. When I'm not taking pictures, which is most of the time these days, I like to cook. What can I say about this island? What pictures can I show you that really represent Caye Caulker?
