Guerry is professional and an expert on wood floor cleaning and buffling. He arrived right on time for both the initial evaluation for our floors and the actual cleaning/polishing and carpet cleaning. Our tenants left the place with lots of the built-up dirt, many scratches on the wood floor and stains on the stair carpet. He is wonderful to work with and easy to communicate. He thoroughly explained what he would do and some things he could not do, for example, remove the deep scratches. His team, including Tiffany and James. are very pleasant and hardworking. Guerry is a great guy and does a fantastic job. Not only does he use the big vacuum, he used a spot treatment, shampooed the carpets, and used a hot water treatment to neutralize them (all of which is included in the affordable price). He cleaned our carpets better than anyone ever has! I HIGHLY recommended this company!
