Visited Sun City RV 3 weeks ago and I must say the experience was surprisingly pleasant.
Lisa was my sales person and she is very professional.
I felt no pressure to buy and felt completely free to check out a unit of interest, Bighorn 3950FL, without being shadowed.
Not only was she available for questions but she was very upfront about their coaches and any deficiencies or advantages that they might have – very helpful.
If the need were to arise, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit them again.

This is only service dept. Honestly, at first I really liked this place. But you can only hide subpar service for so long then the real character comes out. Just a "its your problem attitude" rubs me the wrong way. Additionally, I wanted to get a Lippert JT Strong 5th Wheel stabilizer and they quoted me over $650.00, not including install. Good lord you can buy it directly off of Amazon for less than $275.00. That is a crazy mark up and they just laughed it off like no big deal. Also, I have yet to get my rv back on time. I will not use this place again. There are many other service facilities

I am just looking right now but will Sun City RV will definitely be at the top of my list when I'm ready to move forward with an RV purchase. Lisa Heinlen was our sales rep and she was great to deal with as she was responsive and willing to answer any questions we had regarding the units we toured. I am not one to post negative reviews often, but this service was so terrible I felt obligated to do so. Awful customer service. Picked up my toy hauler and they hadn't fixed my fuel station, or black tank valve that they charged me for. Before I took it in my fuel station pump worked great, just had a small leak. I found on my first trip out that the fuel pump did not work anymore. After pointing these things out, they said they would fix it at no additional cost. When I came back to pick up my trailer they charged another $180. Unreal. The lady up front made it seem as if I was bothering her

I went in to Sun City Rv to get my trailer fixed. Employees not helpful and seem to be upset when asked to look at trailer. After pulling some teeth employee finally came out to look at trailer.I was told trailer couldn't be fixed would need to purchase another trailer.
I took my trailer to Jacksons Trailers.
They fixed my trailer same day cost $25.00

Really thought these people were good people and out for my best interest but I was so wrong. After they did there safety check which I was present during. There was a puddle of water under the rv. The man doing the check said something to the effect as if it was a lot of money that was going to have to be spent to fix the issues he found. The salesperson assured all would be safe and fixed. Stupid me to trust someone. They handed over the rv to me knowing that I was planning on leaving the country and looked me dead in the eyes and said everything was fixed and safe. BS ! We had a bit of a strange experience at this place...there is a nice RV there and we wanted to go out for a test drive and we got in with the salesman...he started it and we backed out and he says, "there no gas !!! and the brakes are spongy !!!" ...so that was it for the test drive...the owner of the lot said he would get a hold of the owner of the unit and see if he wanted to put gas in it and fix the breaks and 2 WEEKS later we get a message that the owner isn't going to put any money in it to even take it out for a test drive so basically he/ got free storage and everyone has

Had our new to us Travel Trailer looked at and all problems fixed. We asked them to give our 2007 Jayco a once over and fix any problems that it may have before we set out on the road. Thay did a fantastic job including fixing all gages and and non working alarms and pumps. Fixed the roof and put on new tires. Thank you guys for all your hard work in this Arizona Heat!!

So we live in seattle and found what we thought was the perfect RV. My husband and I talked to a couple different sales people almost daily over the course of close to three weeks. We asked all kinds of questions, we asked for a list of everything that might be wrong so we could make a decision if it was worth it to buy one way tickets to fly there and drive it home. Recently I called to inquire about a space to park our trailer. I would have to. say Catherine is one of the best at customer service that I have experienced in a long time. Even though we were not able to use her storage faculty due to our restrictions she was STILL amazing to work with. I would highly recommend giving Catherine a call for all your storage needs.

Five plus stars for Sun City RV! Great experience! We bought a used travel trailer and from the start to finish everyone we worked with was so nice and professional, it was great. Derrick, Jim and Don were all great to work with and Don spent so much time with us giving us (newbies to the RV world) great advice and trailering tips to help us have great and safe travels. I've had to opportunity to take my RV to them 4 or 5 times in the past few months and I'm very happy to say all my experiences with them have been positive. I was a little nervous after reading the other Yelper's comments, but we purchased a tent trailer on consignment and I have no complaints. They set it up as soon as I expressed interested and verified everything worked. We worked with Ed and he was very helpful and did a great job. Only one area of improvement would be to speed up the paperwork process, but even that wasn't a big deal.

I traded my truck and 5th wheel for a 2007 Alfa motorhome 9/5/2014 and after papers signed everything went downhill. But, that is another story. They owe me $525 from overpayment on my trade. I have talked to them 7 times and get they same thing ..Its in the mil. or will be mailed. 2 weeks ago the manager Don assured me it was written out and going in the mail. I have talked to them twice since then and still nothing. It is frustrating working with people like this
