I have worked with Pat at B&H for many years. What keeps me coming back is the service. These guys are always fair and don't try to sell me stuff I don't need. If you need a brush guard, running boards or other truck accessories, do yourself a favor and stop in. I've been using B&H since 2009 as they were recommended and also the least expensive custom accessories I found after obtaining several estimates.

I wanted to get a new hitch put on my Audi Q7, and B&H did an exceptional job from my first phone call through the installation. Pat (I think the owner) took my call and said that they would have to order the hitch for me. After some digging around and looking at delivery times and prices from his distributor, he said I'd be better off just ordering it myself and bringing it in for them to install. He actually looked it up online himself on etrailer.com and e-mailed me the exact hitch that I needed. He said it would be cheaper and faster for me to do it that way given the circumstances

Outstanding experience! These guys were all very friendly on the phone and in person. Needed a Mopar hitch installed on my new Jeep Wrangler. They installed the hitch for about half the labor cost that two dealerships quoted me. I also had ceramic tinting installed and love their work. So glad to have them in town, and honestly, I would seek them out even if I moved much further away - thank you B & H Customs!!!

I was looking for a very specific hitch and needed it same day. Nobody had it, including B&H but given my experience with them over the phone I would say you should look no further. I had called several places and nobody was as knowledgeable, friendly and willing to figure out a solution than Pat at B&H. Even though they did not have what I'm needing I may just go get a temporary solution from them just because I want to give them my business that much!

There is a older gentleman there that has a personality issue. I interacted with him twice in the last week. I do not know if he is the owner or what he is. He needs to work on his customer skills.
Well that is part of the problem; last week I had some work done on my new truck. I went there early in the am as I was instructed and when I arrived they stated it will be 3 hours before my truck will be worked on. So I assumed there was a mistake on their end. And still decided to get the worked done. So the fact was the work was finally completed late that day. Then I decided to get more work done

Great service and even better price. I bought an exhaust and a leveling kit to put on my 2019 f150 and was calling around looking for quotes and they beat everyone by a mile! One place quoted me $1400 just for install! I called b&h customs and they said they could install everything with an alignment for only 400. Overall great experience and excellent work!

A few things to say here.
1: price I got was different than what I was quoted. He juggled the numbers to bring the price down close to the original quote but I could tell was not happy about it.
2: seems like a very grumpy crew.
3: parts installed correctly but now I have an adapter running into my knee. Almost unusable.
4: No one was wearing a mask to help stop Covid 19 even though the customers were. I would have ordered another product but felt like I should leave for my own safety.

I had checked around for a truck bed cover for my Tacoma. Almost everyone I talked to treated me like I was an annoyance. It's so weird to be a customer in these times and get treated like I'm annoying them because I want some basic answers before I drive 30 minutes one way to take a look. Anyway, I called B&H based on some good reviews I had read and boy am I glad I did. They gave me a great price, I went and purchased the bed cover, and they even came out to give me advice on how to install the product myself. I recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you B&H!!!

You have to give credit where credit is due. B&H is a great shop. I took my Chevy 2500 to have a leveling kit installed. They installed upgraded box control arms, fox shocks, level kit and a rear lift. The service is amazing. The shop is clean and very well taken care of. I already have another appointment to have a rough country light bar installed next week. After that I'll be adding power running boards. This shop has it all and for a very reasonable price. Pat is a great guy who runs a solid business. I highly recommend coming by to check the place out.

My first experience here was great we walked in looking for items and we were greeted, explained everything told us how things worked etc etc.
We decided to order the parts and they asked us what day, they told me that they don't work saturday's but this particular saturday they would be working so that was great and we had set up a time to come in etc etc.
Come saturday my wife showed up with my truck to get the items installed and the gate was locked up no one was there and she was upset because she had to take time off of work and get there. Should have been a simple one hour install

This place does good work and has great products. My main reason for coming here was to have my window tinting (which was installed by somewhere else that turned out to be dishonest) fixed under the manufacturer's warranty. But their prices are reasonable and Pat is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. I will be coming back here to have my bedliner put in and for any other truck accessories I may need. I've recommended him to friends who have also had good experiences.

Big thanks to Pat and his team! I stopped in to see about a truck bed cover as I was visiting from out of town and only had minimal time to get stuff installed. Not only did did B&H have my new bed cover installed for me the next morning, they gave me a great deal on spray in bed liner and had it done for me almost immediately. Thanks Pat and team!!

I originally took my new truck there to have the spray in bedliner done. While there we discussed different tint options and I wound up scheduling a return a week later. When I came back, the owner was very apologetic and explained to me that he had cracked some ribs so movement was kind of painful. He offered an appointment a week later and I took it. When I went back I drop the truck off and everything was complete within 90 minutes. He was apologetic

Sure enough, he called back the next day and was able to fit me in for an install the next morning.

I just had a front end replacement Ranch Hand bumper installed on my truck as well as a diesel fuel transfer tank. They re-installed my weatherguard tool box that I had pulled off of my last truck and didn't charge me for the install. All the work that was done was professional and clean. I left a $450 set of wrenches in the back of my truck on accident, and when I went to pick it up... they were still there. I used to use a different place on I-35 that I had always been happy with, but I got tired of waiting 2 weeks for an install.
