After Cardinal Technology Solutions took over our IT five years ago, our network has operated almost seamlessly with secure backup. Cardinal really improved our communication throughout our company. They are all very knowledgeable and work efficiently. I know any time I have an issue, or anyone in the company, we can depend on Cardinal walking us through the issues and or giving us tips to help us in the future. The biggest perk is that they have is a 15 minute turn around time, so no matter how busy they are they will call and tell us they are at least busy.
