Every one of our technicians is trained by the owners on how to properly clean each and every surface. This is why we have such high ratings on services with Home Advisor and Angie's List. If you hire us to clean your deck or fence it will always be done properly and well. Depending on the condition of the deck, we may also recommend sanding or staining wood and IPE decks to protect the deck from future wear and tear.
When cleaning concrete surfaces we use detergents and special tools called surface cleaners. Surface cleaners are round with a spinning bar underneath that wash concrete surfaces clean. Unlike pressure washing wands, surface cleaners do not leave streaks or marks because the spinning bar on the bottom is fixed at a permanent height cleaning at the same distance always.
We do not use drum sanders because they do not evenly sand decks and can cause heavy damage. Our system uses carbide brushes that scrub all the highs and lows allowing for a much more even sanding job. We sand all your floor boards, benches and rail tops to smooth out rough areas and remove loose fibers.
Staining and sealing a deck or fence can improve its beauty, and protect the investment in your home over time. Stains, unlike paint, have great UV protection as well as protection against water damage. Because the boards are sealed from water, there is reduced mold and mildew growth, which will keep the deck from rotting.

C&B were prompt, courteous, and did a careful job power-washing my house and concrete patio. I talked to Brenda who got back to me right away after I left a message. They were careful with the shrubbery and loose stuff I had on the porch. I really liked doing business with them and will use them again.

Was referred to C & B Home Solutions by a friend and couldn’t be happier. I recently moved into a townhome with a deck that was old and not maintained. After receiving 2 other quotes I went with my friends recommendation and hired C & B Home Solutions. The whole team was awesome from the power wash with CJ and Chris to the sanding and staining by Eric Kimmy and John. It’s smooth to the touch and ready for the summer. My wife and I are so happy with the color Chris was able to find for us. It truly was a transformation and the deck looks amazing now!

Overall excellent work. Ninety percent of the job was pressure washing vinyl siding, patio stone, driveway with green mold in the shadows, and stone front walk and stoop. Job was excellent, stonework looked like new. Some mortar loss on oldest part of patio, but we knew it was deteriorating. Exterior window sills could have been done better. Sliding glass doorways were very good. Workman was courteous, helpful and worked hard. Would recommend.

I received a flyer in the mail with coupons on their specials. I needed to have my house power washed. I called the number on the flyer and Brenda answered the phone. Brenda was very nice and she answered many of my questions. She gave me an estimate over the phone based on the address that I gave her. She also told me that the company is running specials on deck cleaning, sealing, and sanding. She said that her son, Chris, was in the area and could stop by to take a look at my deck. I had Chris And his team come stain my patio and power wash my deck. His team is by far the best team I have ever met. Even though I was being very particular about how they did my work, they took there time and did a very good job. The end work was amazing and I love the work they did. If you ever need anything done, I would give them a call!

When contacting the company at first, Brenda answered and was able to assist right away. We needed power washing and staining of our deck and fence. Michael arrived a few days later to give us an estimate. From there, Robert and Angelo arrived a few days later to do power washing. They were super helpful and were able to really get the deck and fence cleaned. After a few more days, Robert and Angelo returned to stain the deck and were very careful as they completed the project. Robert is SUPER friendly and kind. He is all about the customer. We would definitely hire them, again. Great work guys

Called for a powerwash. Phone tag lasted quite a few days, despite my calling back right a couple of times, just after Chris called me.
Finally, I think his mom called me back to get details. We arranged a time. Is 7 too early? No, I'm up early. OK, we'll be there before noon.
So, Sunday morning, I'm stuck at home waiting for them to get here before noon, but thinking that they might be here early, say 7, as they said.
I guess the mom called me to say that because of the high winds, they would need to reschedule.
The high winds began before I woke up at 5 a.m
