Marianne is a founding member of Kreisher Marshall & Associates, LLC and one of two certified elder law attorneys in Columbia and Montour counties. Marianne received her certification in 2011 from the National Elder Law Foundation as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Attorney Marshall is a Partner at Kreisher Marshall & Associates, LLC in Bloomsburg. Ms. Marshall specializes in the areas of elder law, estate planning and administration, guardianship, special needs planning and estate litigation. Wonderfull team of lawyer especially that Attorney Bryden. She is willing to stand up to anyone if it is for the client n even if is taking a change of making a judge or lawyer mad.. all these guys will fight for what is right even if there client is wrong and not allow people try to act " under color of law""

Recommended without blinking, Attorney William very professional and very diligent, the driver of our company appeared in court in reference to a traffic violation, the lawyer was able to leave it without effect at the time of the hearing, without prejudice to the driver. I hope I don't have to need them again but if that were the case, I wouldn't hesitate to look for them one more time.
