You will not find better customer service than Doris and her team. I have used personalizing it for over 5 years now, and their service has never let me down. No job is too small for them to make sure you are treated professionally and taken seriously. They make sure they get the job done right. Such kind people and refreshing to work with. This place is awesome! I was in a real pinch the day before Easter as I forgot to get these bunnies embroidered. Personalizing-IT was open and worked with me to create exactly what I had been imagining. The owner and her sister are super nice and great people. The kids loved the bunnies and I'll be coming back to get other gifts personalized ❤ Thank you!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
The quality of the embroidery work is poor. The customer service is very bad. When we walked into their store front you would've thought we interrupted their entire life. We had to call twice to check on the order. I would not recommend to my family, friends or colleagues.

I read the mixed reviews on this place and decided to give it a chance since I just talked to them on the phone and they promised they could have my order done before Christmas. I drove all the way up here with my 2-year-old only to find out they're not open today! It would have been nice to know that before I loaded my kid in the car and drove up here! The lady I had spoken to was sitting inside and came to the door and claims that she told me they were closed on Tuesdays but I assure you she did not! I certainly would not have driven up here if that was the case. I called for a quote and asked

Absolutely LOVE doing business with personalizing-IT!! Been using them for at least 8 years - maybe more - to personalize gifts for our camp staff. They are incredibly helpful and prices can not be beat- I’ve done quite a bit of comparison shopping. Even worth going all the way out to Allen now that they moved from Plano.

Personalizing It nailed it! Great service, friendly staff and personalized products with exceptional quality for my business and personal needs. Most recently Doris personalized baby brip clothes for a baby shower I’m attending. She helped me with the colors, fonts and saying on each one. Truly an amazing experience. I am giving them a 1 because that's the lowest option. Here is my story: June 9 I bring a very large order. I had previously had the design artwork done and it was in their system. The young girl, very sweet, helped us. Seems to know what she's doing. When we arrived on this date with the order, we saw Leo the Owner. Our gut told us to leave but we ignored the warning. We should've waiting for the young girl that worked with us initially. We showed Leo a pic of our design on the back of shirts. I emailed him 6/10 to make sure he knew designs went on back of garments. So

I have tried this place numerous times. I have no idea where else to get embroidery done after 5 pm except online. It does not matter if you pay upfront or how big/small your order is or if they know they messed up your order. These folks just don't care. It does not matter if you have a set date that you absolutely need them done by....this place just doesn't care. They treat you like your a problem. I am not sure how this store stays open. Even when you finally get the product its not anything to brag about. I give them 1 star because I have to in order to post this review.

I was hopeful when I first came across this shop. I quickly found the level of customer service to be subpar because they are understaffed. I had several jobs of which all but one were done wrong and new materials had to be rebought at their expense to redo both jobs entirely. Additionally, I was told my job would be done on a particular day and come to find it was not. I had to make several calls and trips to get the one job completed right and I had to pick up the original job over one month from the date promised because of this. The customer services here was subpar. I wanted a shirt embroidered with a exclamation point on it and when I go get the shirt the exclamation point looks like a one . The lady that was helping me acted like it could not be made to look like a exclamation point and didn't really want to try to fix it until I made it her. I would use causation and look for alternatives next time.

We made the mistake of using them for 2 different jobs. On the first job Doris promised us it would be ready on a Friday. Not only was it not ready at 5:00 as promised, but the employee knew nothing about the order. This meant we had to wait for them to run a test patterern and then finally start on the order. 3 hours later we were walking out with 1 shirt complete. On the 2nd job Doris took the order and somehow thought that we wanted the same pattern on 4 identical shirts done in 2 different colors (1 color for 2 shirts and 1 color for the other 2). I don't write reviews very often, but Personalizing-It definitely deserves one. Personalizing-It was the biggest disappointment and waste of my time during my wedding! My husband had planned to make tshirts for his groomsmen to wear for their guys outing, and unfortunately he had to cut that idea because Personalizing-It failed to complete our order. We went in on a Monday and the girl working informed us we could bring our own shirts and that if we brought them in and placed our order by Tuesday, they could have the shirts ready for by Thursday. The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because the shirts came out good except 1. They need to give better training to the employees, stopped by about 5 times to check my order and the girl had no idea where it was, I had to find it my self. Also very poor communication order was done 4days late. I'll give them a second chance on our next big order hopefully it will be better.

I had 5 towels monogrammed on a Thursday. The nice lady told me it'll be ready by Monday the following week. I went to pick it up on Thursday, 3 days after it was promised, but it wasn't ready. She promised Monday the following week. I said ok, but when we showed up Monday, a week after it was promised, it still wasn't ready! No phone calls to inform me. I was smart to call

I would not recommend this business. We have gone there on several occasions in the past and never had the problems that we did this time. First, we ordered 14 t-shirts for our grandchildren. We were given the date of Dec. 5th that they would be ready for pick up. On the 6th, as we were on our way there, I decided to call and make sure they were ready, only to be told that the shirts had not even arrived from their vendor, and it would be several more days. I really hope this shop stays around. I've finally found a place to get my son's stuff embroidered! Doris was very kind and professional and did everything she could to make sure my product was done correctly. I was happy to see they do so many different things there from uniforms to personalized wrist bands. Now I'm thinking about taking my letterman's jacket in to have it even more personalized. It's been 25 years since I've worn it but now I can afford to make it unique!
