Every Unit at Casa Blanca is individually decorated and fully furnished including all cookware and linens including beach towels. It is an excellent walking and swimming beach. Lounge chairs and two shade cabanas are available for relaxation and viewing the beautiful Crescent Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Services
The minimum stay for some owners is 7 nights but others will allow as few as 5. Daily rates will apply for a reservation less than 7 days. A $300.00 deposit is due at the time the reservation is made, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Personal Checks are only accepted 21+ days prior to the balance due date and are subject to a return check fee.

Casa Blanca is something our family would look forward to every year for the the past 10+ years we stay every year at the end of summer and rent from 7 to 10 units but this year that all changed under new management the staff mad us uncomfortable we were yelled at like children across the board from our children to elderly parents/ grandparents for absolutely anything and everything they would change and make up rules as they wanted to and all this during red tide that the beach was completely of limits instead of being accommodating they did the complete opposite in conclusion we decided as a

Casa Blanca is a great place for a vacation rental. Why 3 stars? Well, imagine a perfect place being managed by the most obnoxious and angry staff members running around the property. Can't even call them for a favor without having them hissing or sighing on the phone giving you attitudes. Over all, I'd come back and deal with their shenanigans and if you don't mind the bad service, then it's the place to be.

The management staff was terrible, unprofessional and rude to guest. They wouldn't allow anyone in to visit nor drop off groceries from one day to another due to a bad night with teenagers.
I highly recommend you stay somewhere else!! The brunette lady in the office was especially rude and vulgar. We'll Never stay nor visit that property again..
