They took the time to come look at my door and Dave came out to work on it himself with a few tools and had me fixed in record time. Many shops would take the opportunity to make more money but he did exactly what I needed. If I need any more body work or anything they can do, I'm bringing it here and trusting their expertise. I've never had any body shop treat me the way Charlie's did when I had my Subaru repaired there. They took the time to sit down and explain every detail about the parts that needed replaced and continued to provide amazing service through the process.
