Reynard pulled through with a mortgage nobody wanted. He over came the challenges that hindered me from getting a mortgage. Getting approved wasn't easy. Reynard was able to meet the challenges such as low credit score caused by inaccurate credit reporting's. He addressed issues with the underwriters and was able to show proof that i was a good credit risk. Anyone who thinks they have no chance should give Temple Mortgage a shot. Reynard will go the extra mile. I can't thank him enough.

I called Temple Mortgage and Reynard Boyce was so rude and unprofessional. He asked me a question and I answered to the best of my ability but I needed him to explain his question a little more. He got so impatient and went off on me. He literally told me off and told me never to call again and hung up. It all happened so fast I thought I was being punked. There is no way I would ever support a business that goes off on you for asking a mortgage question. Unbelievable. I hear about Temple Mortgage all over the radio. I called this man Raynard who seemed to be sitting in his basement when he answered the phone. I discussed very personal financial information with him over the phone. He then offered me the most deplorable mortgage product you could imagine. He became very defensive and slammed the phone down. After, Raynard began harassing me by text with his insults. This is not someone you want to share your name and financial information with. The man is GHETTO and UNPROFESSIONAL. Go to a reputable lender.

As a seasoned Real Estate Broker, I’ve been working with Temple Mortgage for a few years. They have some of the best loan products in our industry and can get loans done that MOST mortgage companies can not. For me, their hand on approach is priceless.
