As a whole, I'll be fair and give Mid Pacific Pest Control the benefit of the doubt as a company with a 2-star rating rather than basing my decision off of one unhappy employee and a 1-star bruiser.

Alex one of the owners was the most helpful person helping me determine best termite treatment options and giving me the best bang for my buck! Andrew arrived to do the follow up roach treatment. He worked quickly and explained what he was doing every step of the way which was very informative. He also gave us tips to avoid this situation in the future. Andrew also gave our cat excellent scratches - she didn't want him to leave! Dani, who works in the office, and Andrew both gave us excellent customer service. We will definitely request to work with them when we need Mid-Pacific Pest Control's services in the future.

I spoke with Alex in the office, he was super knowledgeable. He got me in touch with Ivan who came out and pointed out my issues and where I needed to seal entry points. He got Andrew to come out on the quarterly. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure my bugs died and never came back! Defiantly do team Mid-Pac!!!

More great service from Mid Pacific pest control. Eric came to our place today and treated are unit. He was very professional, explained everything in detail. So we know what to expect . Dysfunctional company... left hand and the right hand doesn't know what is going on. Called a week prior to ask for pest control. Guy comes doesn't spray my yard. Says it is raining, and to reschedule, I schedule again for Monday. Monday comes, Lynn from dispatch calls and says we are doing inside and outside of your place I said yes. The guy comes, does the entire house. The first guy only baited my cabinets. The second guy says "my machine outside isn't working" so I have to do this by hand. These people should lose their license to perform fumigation!
My home was fumigated by MidPac and I was told it was safe to renter my home at 5pm! Fortunately I have a friend in the same business who was nice enough to come to my home with his meter to measure for any residual
Gas in my home after 5pm.
At 5:30pm we entered with his meter and the meter immediately read almost 18 when it should be less than 1, the highest readings were in kitchen at the refrigerator and oven. Thankfully the entire process was captured on video!! This will be reported to the everyone I know on Maui as well

Our experience describe here is with the Kihei office of Mid Pacific Pest Control in Maui.
We had our vacation rental property treated by them at the end of 2013. We went with them because they have a 6-month warranty, and they are recommended by our cleaning company on the island. That transaction went Ok. Since we do not live on the island, we rely on our cleaning company to report any issues they notice during regular check-in/check-out cleaning.
