Integrated installed a Wireless Access Point, some TVs and smart cameras for me. They came on time, were neat, clean and professional and went to extra lengths to make sure they left the work areas super clean. Super knowledgeable but personable and friendly - these are not the nerds from Office Space ;). Went from single digit wifi signals on the 3rd floor (even with a Gigabit connection to wifi spepds in excess of 300! Thanks Jaime and team!

I had an issue with a Nest thermostat that suddenly stopped working. I installed the thermostat myself about 8 months ago, and while I can typically troubleshoot tech like this on my own, I knew I needed pro-level assistance after the usual DIY tricks had all failed (reset the device, check the wiring, reboot the router, etc.). I contacted Integrated Tech Solutions via “live chat” on their website, and they put me in touch with a technician almost immediately.
