Awful place. They’re so disrespectful they hung up on me. Told me they couldn’t see me because I missed three intakes but they kept telling me they would call and never did. Then told me that they don’t do calls. Very rude receptionists. Don’t waste your time. I’m now out of medication and have no where to go!

This place is absolutely absurd. They bill and send to collections without even notifying the person first. And, when trying to figure out what the bill is for, you get a person who is rude and patronizing. They also do not give any exact information. I have submitted a complaint to the NYS Attorneys General.

I honestly cannot say enough horrible things about this place. They scheduled me to come into the office on the wrong day so I had to take off of work twice and were so incredibly rude. I left a credit card on file, and they text me that they will be "sending me to collections" even though i never received an invoice to pay. Was not impressed with my psychiatrist either she was extremely cold.

Coming here to this particular office and this particular Dr. Has probably been the single best decision Ive made in many years. Dr Bajpayi has definitely been the the best dr I have been privileged to be a patient of out of any of my past drs. Whether it be my neurosurgeon to my primary care dr. Bajpayi has been more caring and helpful than any.
