I worked with Eileen Lichtenstein, CEO of Balance and Power, Inc. over Skype after meeting her through Motivational Whisperers. She taught me how to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to work through a very stressful period of time and showed me how to lower my stress and anxiety levels with ease.
