Carlos was professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with when we went in to purchase a new Weber gas grill! We needed to order it but he reassured us that it would be in within a couple weeks. To our surprise, it came in promptly and was delivered and set up by Mr. Weber. There was some confusion about the type of grates that were supposed to come with the Genesis II E-335, but Mr. Weber solved the issue before leaving! All were so very pleasant and courteous! Thank you for all your assistance. We'll be back to purchase other items from you! We highly recommend Breakaway in Mashpee, MA

Great service as usual...friendly and knowledgeable... Checkout was a breeze, and I picked up a number of boxes of my favorite k-cup coffee pods...great price. The best part...my new grill was delivered the next day! They took the old one away...made sure the new one was up and running, they made a few adjustments, and I love it! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a great buying experience with Breakaway. I called yesterday looking for a quality gas grill and I needed it fast. Lori explained my options, walked me through details while I looked at the pictures on their website. She took my order over the phone, and Leon delivered the grill to my house, already built and ready to go the next morning. Leon explained how to use the new grill and took my old grill away. Amazing service! Thanks to the crew at Breakaway..

I purchased my MPH grill this past week. This store has the best selections, all set up outside in the parking lot to view and check out. The purchase process to complete my sale was easy and safe from the outside, given our current COVID19 safety measures. The salesman explained all the features, no pressure sales. I had researched the grill I purchased, the MPH model and choose to buy here, the sale includes delivery, setup, a new full tank of propane and removal of your old grill. I call that full service. I received my grill the next day, earlier than promised and the install team, two employees

From start to finish our experience with the staff at Breakaway was exceptional. We purchased a Weber E335 Genesis II and were promised assembly, delivery, a new full tank of propane and removal of our old grill the next day. Leon and Paul, the breakaway delivery team , were incredible. They cleaned, adjusted and showed all functions on our new grill. Took the old grill and told a few jokes along the way. Could not be any happier with our experience and Breakaway has us as a customer for life.
