Services
Applications are available at our main office, 2027 FRANKFORT AVE, between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. Interested applicants must bring a valid government ID and a police report from the City of Louisville and the state of Kentucky. These can be obtained at the Jefferson County Courthouse.

I've had my apartment cleaned by Maid in Louisville and it's been great. They do a very thorough job and make sure they touch every corner, window and baseboard in the place. The two women that cleaned my apartment were very friendly and considerate of our space. I do wish I could just call to schedule the appointment instead of emailing but it's worked okay so far. Overall a great trustworthy cleaning service.

I used this cleaning service recently and was very disappointed by the results. First off, I had to send many email messages to get someone to schedule a cleaning with me. Once I heard back, the date I was told ended up being different than what they could actually do. They were disorganized with their notes and called and emailed me multiple times before the day of the cleaning to confirm details I had already been over with them.
This is not the worst part. I wasn't there when they actually showed up to clean but I did see the end result. The house was cleaner, but they skipped over major
