After using this team for 5 years (the previous owner of my business had used them and I chose o continue with them), they have decided to "change formats" and my monthly backup and email service will increase from $76 a month to $450 a month! That's a multiple of six. Then there are ransom charges to get your information from them, like charging to get a copy of your backup ($750). I should have seen it coming. At the end of 2019 they tried to talk me into replacing all of my computers for $12K. Two years later (with a brief period of unemployment in between due to Covid) all the computers are

Each person in each department has their specific issues they work with and they are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. Issues have arisen where it has taken months to resolve but they always have a work-around until it is fixed. Issues are researched, software companies are called and fixes are implemented. They are available 24/7 --- and I have used them "off hours" many times with excellent service & resolution.
