Our philosophy of the care at Joe's Place Caring Cottages adheres to a symptom-based approach. Care is done on an individualized and customized basis for each resident determined on his or her unique set of symptoms. The care of our residents will be designed with a plan of action that addresses each of the symptoms that may be encountered depending on the stage of the disease progression.

Joe's Place Caring Cottage has a direct relationship with Crystal Stone, FNP who regularly comes in for routine check-ups and medication management. At Joe's Place Caring Cottage, a registered nurse manages and distributes all medications. Our nursing staff is available for on-site assessments, intake evaluations, and have on-call availability for any requests regarding the health and wellness of all of our residents.

This place has left a very good impression upon me. I have been looking for a place that I would be comfortable for my mother to stay, since I am unable to tend to her needs. I was very impressed here. The staff was kind and warm not only to us but also to the current residents. Janis was exceptionally helpful and my mother took to her right away. Joe's Place was very clean and inviting. I feel that my mother will approve.

My mother recently passed away. She was my father’s primary caregiver. My father has Alzheimer’s disease. My mother felt his care was her responsibility and refused help most of the time. I feel like she might still be here if she would have utilized a place like this a day or two a week.
My dad seems to enjoy his time at Joe’s Place, he is very social and loves having people to talk to. I still work so the care that loved ones get here is crucial to me. They understand what we as caregivers are going through. I have two granddaughters that I need to be around for, and plan to be around

Very nice facility. Great day time care for Alzheimer’s/Vascular Dementia. They have live in residence as well. Staff super nice and helpful to my Grandmother. They fed her and made her comfortable and even worked with what she liked to watch on tv. You log in and schedule drop off and pay online now.

This is a home away from home. The care and kindness is a true blessing to the day care and fulltime care recipients and their families.
I appreciate so much what Janis , Kristin, Dan, the nurses and the entire staff do to provide the love and care needed.
The housekeeping is very good and there are books and activities provided. It makes it a pleasure for family members who are visiting.
My Uncle is very happy here. He enjoys the interaction with staff and shows interest.
