We have been having a horrible time finding a piece of my dads CPAP machine he needed to make it work …we called to see if they could help and they did! They went out of their way to check their stock and see if they had it and they did! They explained why the original piece was not working and were incredibly helpful. My brother visited from out of state and forget his CPAP. I called around 7 different places looking for a replacement. I called Cody and Michelle at the Edmond location, and they helped me find one. Not only did they have a model to buy, they also made arrangements to rent one so that my brother wouldn't have to buy a whole unit just for a week. They were professional, kind and went over and above to help us out! Great experience!

We needed a recliner lift chair like, yesterday! Ben was so knowledgeable and helpful, expediting the delivery. He demonstrated all the features of the different chairs. We bought one tonight. The selection of DME equipment in this store is phenomenal. I am a prescriber, and deal with medical supply stores. This is a good one.
