Our residential upholstery and re-upholstery is really our bread and butter. We love to make our clients happy on the delivery day with a stunning design, perfectly executed and placed in their homes. There is a special satisfaction that comes from seeing a big smile on the face of our customers. That is why I began Minichillo's Upholstery Inc.
We will come to your home. Measure or template the area you need furnished. Take these specs back to the shop and build you a custom piece of furniture to fill the spec. In the featured picture there were constraints that just could not be done by mass-produced furniture. So we filled the need and the client is very happy with their new sectional that both fills wall to wall but is built around a post in the corner that is unseen in this picture.
Shape up that office, school, or other commercial projects with Re-upholstery. Commercial re-upholstery can be both a challenge (time-wise) and rewarding. When I do a restaurant, for example, I find it rewarding to stop in and see my work. It is one of the few projects that I can see at any time I wish.
There is nothing like a custom-made, professionally built cornice. If your doors or windows need some design help, why not add a new cornice. We make them in any shape and size. They are beautiful and functional and can be used to cover a vertical blind track, hide a drapery rod, or dress a plain opening.
Allow me to preface this with: I have always done "whatever the piece needs". This has become a lost art and I think that is a shame. What I mean by this is when a piece of furniture or other work comes into my shop and needs framework, wood touch up, re-spring, etc. It gets what it needs to return it to like-new condition or better.

I am in the process of refinishing an arm chair that it at least 50 years old. Paul the owner was very nice, accommodating and told me what to do to prep the chair for reupholstering. Andrea the receptionist, was a big help with explaining the different fabrics for my needs. Next step for me is order my fabric and have the chair upholstered. It has been a great experience.
