Paulina has now helped us with two major home renovations: our kitchen and bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. What I can say after both experiences is that Paulina and her team are very professional and quick to respond to messages or get back to you about your questions. We contacted Paulina at Renovation Refined after hearing a glowing review from a friend. We wanted to remodel our two bathrooms and kitchen pretty extensively. Paulina guided us through the whole process, as we were construction newbies. She helped us organize our budget, materials purchasing and provided a lot of needed guidance on the design aspects as well. In the end we couldn't be happier with the end result. I hired RR for a gut rehab condo project (2 full bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and painting) that I was managing remotely, desperately needing help with project management and design for a fair price. Paulina and her crew were fabulous to work with. Her team completed a full kitchen and bath renovation in my timber loft Chicago home. Her crew was courteous, professional and easy to work with. She provided a keen design eye to help me when I couldn't make a decision. She had great relationships with her vendors, so if anything had to be adjusted (i.e. cabinets) she was able to work with them to get it done and get it done quickly.
