The properties of Scenic Hideaways are owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Mike and Skippy Leibfried from Lancaster Wisconsin. Both are 1979 graduates of the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Mike's career began in San Francisco CA with a publicly traded real estate development / general contracting company, specializing in the development of golf course communities.
Our newest property, The Cottage on Lake Galena, represents another spectacular retreat option from Scenic Hideaways. This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath custom log and masonry cottage, with its pristine lake setting, will exceed anyone's expectations. The cottage provides for a very private and beautiful setting.
2nd Floor Suite at Cottage includes king bed, Jacuzzi, glass shower, separate VCR/Music, fireplace. Minimum $300 advance deposit required at reservation with balance due upon arrival for The Cottage on Lake Galena. Minimum $500 advance deposit required at reservation with balance due upon arrival for The Galena Lake House.
