St John Water Well Pump Service

We had a wonderful experience!! I've been a licensed Electrician for 26 years and I can tell if I'm talking to a pro or a fake. I was planning on buying a well pump from Home depot or Lowe's. I read the reviews and 90 percent of them were saying not to waste your money. So I looked to a professional that has been in business for awhile. I'll be calling St John Water Well service!!

Mr St John came out on a Saturday when our water had gone done. He came out and said it was the controller box then replaced it. After taking a check for the amount of $350 he promptly left without verifying anything was functioning appropriately. We began to run the water and had the same problem. Since his work did not resolve the issue we opted not to contact him again. Today Bisidis got back with us and came out to fix it. Bisidis found the real problem. There was a clog in the newly placed filter post tank. They replaced that, cut out the pretank filter we had in place and replaced the points

Was told in June I was 11th on the list. Gave a 87% down deposit. Was told with good weather should be less than 2 month only takes 2 to 3 days to drill a well I’ll be set up for the next one. 15 weeks later still have no well. Me and my wife have to initiate contact every time. We called at 10 weeks and my wife was told we were 15th on the list and he still needs to get the GPS coordinates he did that the following week and last week we were told that he lost the coordinates and he needed to retaken them

Helped us out after the TexasBlizzard of 2021 aka Snovid. The two guys that came out were very nice and they had my well going in a couple of hours.

Troy took my call after hours was able to get to me the next day. Not only did he fix my busted well head he also fixed 4 additional busted pipes and did NOT charge me an arm and & leg. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with his work ethic, honesty, and dependability. Therefore, I highly recommend! #wehavewater

Awesome well service. They drilled my well in 1986 and it’s still going strong. Had an issue on Sunday afternoon and Troy came out in a few hours and fixed it! (Electrical points not making contact).
Doesn’t get any better than that!

Very kind gentleman, second time I’ve called him :) he explained everything that was happening and had wonderful stories to share. Will definitely be calling in the future if need be.

Outrageous prices! Charges one hour travel time, even if only driving 20 minutes. Charges a full hour if only there 30 min. So, $200 minimum to walk onto your property. Not explained up front. I think he makes up a rate based on the size of your house.

St. Johns came out the same day we called and got us up and running. They were upfront with costs and even offered some advice to keep our well system operating more efficient. We will be calling them if we ever need well service again.

Only company I would recommend. Explains everything thoroughly, and very honest. Comes out on weekends and holidays if needed. They do the job right, doesn't cut corners. They do amazing work. Can't go wrong with this company! Their arrival times, are pretty much when they say. They get done with their job, they sometimes do a courtesy call. Or if they are going to be Alittle late, they let you kno. Thumbs up!
