I live NW of Austin and was looking for Thompson Sanitation's address to send our driver a Thank You card for their services. I decided to take a quick minute and look at some of the posted reviews and after reading Andy Andersen's review I felt compelled to share our experience which has been fantastic! We are all busy and some times we have forgotten to put out the cart next to the street and their staff has gone out of their way to grab it from the side of the house and have emptied it. I live just north of Austin and they routinely don’t empty my garbage can. I take it to the end of my driveway Wednesday evening for Thursday pickup and it will still out there for at least another week before they empty it. At this point I’m just going cancel them and to start taking it to the transfer station myself.

With my boyfriends dad being hospitalized the last week, we spaced putting the garbage out till I heard the garbage truck this morning. However, when my boyfriend ran out to get our can to the road, the driver was already bringing our already emptied garbage back to our house! Shout out to the driver of the garbage truck emptying at the Oakland Trailer Park on 2/24/2020! Above and beyond! We greatly appreciate you!!
