I am absolutely crushed by the way Patrick handled my case. He failed to deliver on a single one of the things I requested from him. I will admit that as things became progressively worse, I became progressively frustrated and unproductive, but I was treated terribly unfairly in the end, and even well before that point. Patrick ended up removing himself from the case the very first time I decided I was not going to comply with the request of opposing counsel and with absolutely no prior notice to me. I had complied with every one of their request - to include all of the requests relayed by them

I hired Pat to do my divorce. He was very knowledgeable and very kind in his dealings with me. His payment or retainer fee is always reasonable and honestly it was one of the best decisions I made. His firm is kind and caring. They understand and they want to help any way that they can. I hired him in the last week of June to get my divorce rolling. Got my now exhuband served by middle of july (had to find him) and now at the end of july I am officially divorced. So less than 21 days after my now exhuband got served and I am a free person. I highly recommend this firm to handle divorce cases!

Kershisnik law handled my divorce and custody case 4-5 years ago. Understandably, my stress was high, I was raw, I was upset, I was on edge and they handled everything so gently and were very supportive of me in every way. Matt is great. He did a fabulous job balancing my demands with what was realistic and attainable. He managed to grasp and maintain what was most important to me (the well-being and safety of my kids) throughout the entire custody negotiation and creatively work on a solution that benefitted all of us. His support, professionalism, and knowledge made an intimidating and terrible experience much more manageable.

Great sales pitch during your initial meeting. Caring, strong, convincing. Then once the contract is signed, and the agreed upon fees are paid the honeymoon is over (sorry for the pun). Nothing is handled as expected and if you like communication, forgot about it. No returned phone calls, no returned emails. Do yourself a favor and move down to the next name on the list! Can't be any worse!
