Horrible they did a good job, but they told me to be there on a day and didn't write it on their books twice it happened. Took two and a half weeks to do a 2-day job because they didn't have a machine that they needed to do the paint. When I dropped off my car to be picked up by a rental and the rental company didn't come to pick it up they didn't have the courtesy to call me to tell me that my car had been picked up and it said there for five days without them calling me at all telling me you might have to call to see why your car rental hadn't been picked up. I have used them before and they did good work. Had hail damage on the last big storm. They did an initial evaluation and said they would call when they were ready to get it in. After multiple attempts to communicate and months later. They say they will call you back and days later, still no call. After month's, I called a shop on Benton Road and they had it in their shop in about 10 days and repaired.

I was visiting Shreveport and my car was backed into on the street. Brandon at Auto Collision Services was recommended to me by a friend of a friend and I went into get an estimate on repairs. He was professional and kind, willing to patiently answer all the billions of questions I had, even though I didn't have time for them to actually do the repairs.
