John J. Greaney is a founding partner of Greaney Scudder Law Firm. Mr. Greaney has been a practicing lawyer in Washington for more than 30 years, with experience handling many significant jury trials. He began his career as a prosecuting attorney and later worked for an insurance defense firm before establishing his own practice.
When you are injured, you need a lawyer who speaks in plain language. Karen understands this and combines empathy with remarkable negotiating skills to aid you. Her knowledge and experience help her provide her clients with excellent representation. La Shanda has been a paralegal in Washington State for more than seventeen years. She has an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration. She has been a member of the Greaney Scudder Law Firm since 2013. She is assertive, prompt and efficient with all aspects of the case.
Alla has been part of the Greaney Scudder team since 2017. She joined the team as a legal assistant after completing her internship with Greaney Scudder in 2017. Her role has migrated to a hybrid paralegal, handling tasks that fall under both legal assistant and paralegal roles. She works directly with attorneys and clients throughout the entire case process, from intake through litigation and settlement.

I can't say enough about Mr. Greaney. After a dentist sprayed a caustic substance causing massive chemical burns to most of my mouth and tbroat, not knowing what to do, Mr. Greaney, at no charge, took his time to speak with me and give me direction. Well I wish I could pay John to help me. Unfortunately, I don't have the type of case that he represents. Rather than quickly dismissing me he spent quite a bit of telephone time making sure he understood my questions. And then..... he answered them! Even though he knew I would not be able to become a client. He clued me into some things I hadn't considered and made it easier for me to move forward.
