Kirby Roundtree has over 13 years of experience in operations management for clients such as Centerpoint Energy and NRG Energy.
Prior to joining Priebe Security, he served as Houston Operations Manager for Docufree, a document and cloud storage firm, where his responsibilities included multi-site planning and management; procedures design, audit and review; production scheduling and control; client care and issue resolution; staff training and allotment; and tactical and strategic implementation of service level agreements, among other key duties.

I have worked at Priebe Security Services as the HR office manager for nearly five month's now and, I have to say that as a "senior" employee with an extensive work history, this company is hands down the BEST one I've ever worked for. Our owner is BEYOND generous and our entire team is such a pleasure to work with!

I enjoyed my some of coworkers who actually did work but the office staff are of no use and just don’t reply to emails and voice mails. Answering the phone when you call is a 1/100 shot. We get emails about potential Covid but don’t give any direction other than the standard CDC directives. HR must have so much stress working from home and having holidays and weekends off that they can’t possibly respond to questions from their valued employees, according to their mission statement. The account manager only comes around when something is wrong and gives false hollow lies about moving up and

I absolutely love working with Priebe. I work in the downtown Austin area. The people I work with have become like a family & they know the meaning of pulling together as a team. The building managers and tenants are great and I thoroughly enjoy going to work each and everyday for all of the reasons listed here.

There are many reasons why you should "NOT" work here Ever !! and even more reasons why you should not become a customer and allow this company to protect your assets.
I have text messages, emails and witnesses to be able to attest to that. Whatever you do do not seek employment here !!!. And definitely definitely never seek to hire them for their services. I have proof from other officers statements and also messages in statements sent to me from the clients themselves as well as emails txts and recorded phone calls. They are a shady business and should not be trusted nor should you ever work

The company has a lot of potential, but they also have a lot of leadership problems, They need to understand there’s two sides to every story and not to over react. They will side with their client without regards to their employees. Don’t get me wrong they’re better then most in Austin but they have a long way to go in the leadership department.

Priebe security is a very good company to work for. I am current employee and I work part-time for Priebe. I have been with the company over 2 and 1/2 years. They are very professional and have great Field Supervisors and great staff in the office. Thank you Bill, Debbie, Chris, Sylvia, Ashley, Michelle and everyone else for a great job you do.

The time I have been working at Priebe has been enjoyable and professional in all regards.
My fellow employees have been great as well as my supervisors. They empower you, but are always available if you have any concerns or questions. I have never had a problem with my pay or vacation time etc. I know if I did they would be there to fix it in a timely manner.

Cars have been stolen, stop signs have been ran almost hitting pedestrians and there can be children (10 and under) running around the park while their parents drink at the nearest bar or stay in air conditioning and yet there are two security guards hired to monitor dogs being off-leash only when the park is advertised by the community as being a dog park.
I understand having to do your job, but there have been several instances that have made these guards very unprofessional including; bringing your daughter to work and talking about getting "white girl wasted", calling community

I worked for this company all of 3 months and just got fired. I am 46 years old, retired police officer, operated my own business for 5 years and took this job to pick up extra cash. This is the only time I've ever been fired.

Worked for almost 2 years. Never had any issues but New Office HR Manager Sylvia Cabello was out to prove a point. And reminded me why I NEVER like the folks in the office. STAY AWAY from Priebe !!! Until the get rid of the HR lady she is Horrible and a Major reason ALL the reviews are One Star or Less.

I worked for them in the past year and Priebe has, overall, been the worst employer I have ever worked for. There are a lot of up front promises or minimizing of what is expected or what you will need to do. The supervisors or managers punish or lecture for not knowing information you don't have access to or weren't trained in in order to push the blame onto the employee rather than their inadequate training process. Their "ongoing" training they like to brag about consists of a monthly article that may or may not impart useful knowledge.
