We called the number advertised on a Friday morning 5/8/20 with what seemed to an impossible problem to home remedy with our sewing machine. Ken seemed to assure us he would help us with the problem. He happened to be in the area and agreed to pick up the machine. He returned the machine to us before the afternoon supper time fixed and running beautifully. I could not believe the professionalism and knowledge this owner displayed. He fixed the bobbin case I damaged and cleaned, oiled, and explained what he did!!!I will never lose his number. He was quick, reasonable and efficient.

I, like many sewists, love my machines and start to hyperventilate at the thought of them being away from home. I read other reviews and was going to travel to GB to visit my daughter so called Ken. He was so accommodating! Met us and took my six machines (2 singer 14t968dc sergers, 1 singer studio s18 sewing machine , a nelco serger, a consew 226r-1 industrial and a bernina 950 industrial and completely serviced them. Brought them to my daughter's home and dropped them off for us. This was just a week ago. I've used 4 of the 6 and they are purring like very happy kittens. Thank you so very much

I travel the country with my husband in an RV, sewing machines in tow. While in Green Bay my 25 year old serger stopped working . A quick Google search found Ken Ropson. We dropped my machine at the shop Monday morning. Around 4pm I got a call that not only was it repaired but he would deliver it to me at my campsite! Amazing! All in one day! Couldn't be more impressed! Thank you for the quick turn around
