A systems built home, or modular home, is a stick built home that is built inside a temperature controlled building. All of the construction materials are stored indoors to prevent any damage from the weather. The home is built in sections for easy transportation. These homes are built at least as well as, if not better than, a traditional site built home.

In order to assist you in designing your dream home, Mid Star Home Builders' design center is equipped with Chief Architect design software, as well as a large screen TV for viewing your plans.

Great sales staff took the time to listen to what we were looking for.
Explained all of the options both positive and negatives of the diffrent models. The model homes were started very professionally.
I was impressed with the whole midstar team. Also the had a chance to meet the plumbing/ heating and air contractors from
DWV Mechanical. These guys are in my opinion the best in the business. Very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you everyone from both company's it was a pleasure talking to all of you.

We made the decision to downsize in preparation for aging in 2014, and began to explore options. We were not aware of the many styles or the quality of home available through Ritz-Craft, but after visiting the factory and witnessing the process for ourselves we felt confident choosing this stick-built home. Shelly was so helpful as we selected, modified, and personalized our style! We are delighted with the look both inside and out! The job was completed on schedule with a high level of craftsmanship. This is probably the easiest review I’ve ever done. We built 2 homes years ago, we used MidStar for our third build. They were by far the best company to work with. All that mattered to them was that we were satisfied. The quality of the home is outstanding. Scott & Shelly were so easy to work with. I have recommended them to others many times. We are pretty picky about what we want, they were patient and kindly put up with us. You won’t be disappointed if you select MidStar to build your next home !
