First time visiting Breckenridge and first time taking the shuttle from the airport. Benjamin Daniel was our shuttle driver very nice guy and very informative once we crossed the tunnel which he reminded us that there was going to be change in altitude. As we continued our way he pointed out different mountains in the area. We got to our destination and helped remove our bags from the shuttle he got us as close to our rental as possible. This was such a great experience for us.

When you run group shuttles, you need to have policies in place. You cannot wait 30 minutes on one passenger. 11/12 of us were at the correct stop at the correct time. We then waited 30 minutes and ultimately had to drive around looking for the final passenger. Multiple flights were missed. Our driver was wonderful, and we felt very safe with him. But you cannot run a company where drivers can't leave behind passengers who fail to show up.

My daughter flew in after us due to a delayed flight. We are staying in vail and ordered a ride for her. The guy left while she was getting her luggage and now she is stranded at the airport 2 1/2 hrs from here. It’s 11:50pm so she will be lucky to get an Uber if she can find one. The dispatch told me they will not be refunding us and will be giving us a credit for our next ride. 10/10 would not recommend using this service. Ride customer service with no regards to the situation they are leaving a customer in.

Had an 11AM reservation, 11:15 called to see what happened. They told me, since I was the only rider, they cancelled that shuttle and put me on the 1:00pm shuttle. Said they left a voice mail, but no text, no email, no notice, no confirmation. So now I sit in the airport another 2 hours waiting for the next shuttle and had to cancel all the meetings I'll miss today. Had I known, I would have made other arrangements.

Have used them before & loved the service, but has gone way down hill. Booked the wrong time & called them immediately to cancel, they said nonrefundable. They are simply looking to take advantage of customers at this point which is wrong. Even the service representative replied 'I'm just trying to keep my job' which tells me the company is suffering & would steer clear to avoid issues in the future. Sad to see what the pandemic has done to good companies who have become ruthless in their service.

I have always had a great experience with Peak 1. They are on time, coordinated, and have processes so passengers are shuttled to various regions once the van reaches the mountains. The dispatchers are knowledgeable about the fastest routes. The vans are the most comfortable and roomy of the shuttle services to the mountains. The drivers are courteous, and they always provide water. Peak 1 is my first choice in transportation to and from the airport.

Been using Peak 1 Express three or four times a year for at least the last three years. They are great! Always on time, picks us up at the baggage at the Denver airport and drops us off right at our condo. The drivers are always so nice and confident driving in any condition, I have always felt safe. We cancelled a bus for 14 college students 18 hours in advance due to COVID19 and closing of the Summit ski slopes. A promised return call from a manager never happened THEN, the driver calls the next morning wondering where we were. NOW, they refuse to return my money because we cancelled too late. They did refund my advanced $60 tip and a voucher for next year, but I have no plans for skiing there next year or using a bus for 14 people.
My cancellation during a world wide pandemic did not cost them anything. They are stealing my money. I would not use this company.

Flight delayed, peak1 left me in Denver, no alternative solutions proposed, no later shuttle than 7:30pm, the hotline person lied to me saying I'd get a refund but apparently discovering it's credit... Which will never be used as we all know...
My advice, use Epic mountain service, they have shutlle till 11pm, less risk of being stuck in Denver..

Was traveling from Vail to DIA on Jan 1 and was booked the recommended 2:50 shuttle time for a 7:15pm flight. I questioned this to start as it's a busy travel day, but Peak1 is supposed to be the expert. Then the shuttle arrived ~30-35 minutes late.
We called Peak 1 to see why the bus was late, and we were told this was because the driver couldn't find two passengers at an earlier stop.
