I agree with the review below. I was with OPP for almost 7 years - the first years everything was fine but within the last 2 years there have been multiple times where something was not filed - or not filed correctly. I email - call - and no response. I getting a different company to do my payroll and my taxes. Maybe if you are in the same town and they know you personally, they will maintain communication. I do not recommend them to any small business owner who is not able to follow up in person with this company.

I used them for 2 years. It was awful. At first I thought I was getting this "personal" service verses the large payroll companies. Then I started getting notices from the federal government that there were errors in my W-2's and my returns, notices that local taxes weren't paid correctly and complaints that child support payments weren't being paid promptly. I'd have to call repeatedly to try getting them to correct the errors. And once I dropped them and continued to get notices - forget it - the owners calls were being screened and I had a heck
