This place is a disgrace! I’m a terminally ill brain cancer survivor that was told by my home-care nurse and doctor to go to Plaq. Med. Center to get fluids because I was very dehydrated. I did and was refused treatment. I was told by the Dr he wasn’t doing anything for me and walked out the door. I went home and ended up in full blown seizures. My husband and I called to make complaints and they were completely ignored. We were never even called back. They don’t care about patients.

The folks at PMC always see you quickly. I’ve never waited more than just a few minutes for care. The facility is top notch and so is the medical treatment. All the equipment is new and well cared for. Besides primary care, the facility has quite a few specialized tenants including a dentist. PMC saves me time and is there for me when I need them most.

I can't really describe the level of care I received here. I'm a little fascinated by any negative reviews. I went in with concerns, was treated like family, had a 3 minute wait time, and was listened to for longer than any other facility I'd ever been to. I was genuinely listened to, and they had the time to go over everything that concerned me. I wasn't rushed, or made to feel stupid. I felt such a sense of relief when I left this place I can't describe. I was treated by Dr. Steen, who was incredible- and i wish I had caught his nurses names because they were wonderful too. What a gift to have
