Turk's Auto Body uses Paintless Dent Repairs (PDR) whenever possible to fix those little dents, preserving the original paint, so you don't have to to repaint your vehicle. Assessing collision damage is generally done by an on-site inspection by one of our estimators in most cases. However, sometimes this is not always possible. Check out our procedures for an "E" estimate. This will get the process started with some photos of the damages, which can be more convenient for you.

I brought my 2002 Chevy truck with rusted out door rocker panels. It was so bad a couple body shops would not do the work or it cost more than the truck was worth. Faron found a way and the truck looks brand new at a reasonable cost. Amazing workmanship!

I paid $150 for a full interior detail to go along with some body work I needed done on my work car. The detail was not thorough. I've had the car back for a couple days and keep noticing things they missed, like the interior windshield. Overall I'm very disappointed with the quality of work. Not to mention I was told on a Wed my car was ready, when I went to pick it up on a Friday it wasn't detailed yet and some of the body work wasn't complete.

I used Turks because AAA recommended them. It took three different tries before the car was ok to drive. A mirror wasn't functioning, the tire pressure light continued to go off, the key fob didn't work, and it makes a horrible scraping noise. After waiting more than a week for a phone call, I left a message and finally got a return call. None of the promises had been kept and they still hadn't spoken with the dealer to correct the issue. That will be my last time at Turks.

I used Turk's to repair my car after an accident. From the very start, they were friendly and helpful. They had my vehicle for 9 days (mainly due to waiting on parts). My insurance does not cover rental expenses, but They were nice enough to use their own comp days that they earned with Enterprise to cover my rental costs!
They went above and beyond with the repair, even custom cutting a vinyl stripe decal that has now been discontinued. They washed the car inside and out which is something I was not expecting.
They never seemed put off whenever I called to get an update on their progress
