Fantastic service. They responded quickly and professionally, and even though Steve had to come out to the house and spend time diagnosing the problem, because the city ended up taking care of the issue he did not even charge me for his time. Incredible. Knowing they act in such good faith makes me very sure I'll call them up if/when I have any future issue.

Great experience with this company. I needed a faucet installed in a very tight garage bathroom. I scheduled the appointment online and was given a date and 2 hour time window. The office called to let me know the technician was on the way. They did arrive on time and the work was done professionally. It is nice to deal with a company that does what they say they will do.

We are a large family with 12 children, so when our sewer pump goes down we aren’t far behind. No toilet flushing, no showers, etc. so it’s a disaster. We’ve been a customer of Ziegler’s for many years and they’ve always taken great care of us. We called with, what for us was a semi-emergency situation, and within just a few hours super-technician HUNTER arrived to save the day. In no time the problem was diagnosed, fixed, and we were back in business. The “Boss-man”, who personally installed our pump several years ago even showed up to make sure everything was taken care of properly

We have used Ziegler Plumbing for years. They have always been professional and a great service. But they went above and beyond when they came out @9:30 pm on a Sunday night to clear our yard line since we had water backing up into our house. Clark was efficient and really came through for us. We were able to be up in running again in about an hour! Thanks so much!

When I say LIFESAVERS!!! Ok, I may be being a little dramatic, but Ziegler Plumbing definitely came through for me when I needed them most. My loving husband broke our master bathroom shower handle a week before we were to receive family in town. I called Ziegler’s on a Wed, and they had someone come out same day to check out the damage! The plumbers that came out told me what I needed, which I ordered same day for next day delivery, and I scheduled service for that Friday.
