Have to agree unfortunately with some of their recent reviews. I really wanted it to work out as I assume the same with all of these companies that pay them. When you first sign up they mention some of their bad reviews they've received and mentioned the customer had unrealistic expectations. Well I can speak on behalf of my company, we had a couple bucks to try it out and very little expectations, still pretty much a joke. They do less than the minimum. Spent a lot of money. ZERO return. I think their concept is more about making a quick buck vs. really helping companies grow.

Horrible experience with them. Their agency lies about services they could provide and then go on and ignore request for services you've paid for. You're constantly having to follow up with them to get updates on anything. They can't follow directions or budget allocations. Their team is a mess and they will try to overkill you.
Better off going to other agencies! There are some who are awesome. Unfortunately Hawke isn't one of them.

Extremely disappointed in Hawke Media! Prior to hiring them, I had successfully ran ads but had little time to manage them. Thought I'd hire a "professional" team to offload the work... Oh, how I was wrong...
They ran the ads for two months, me pointing out multiple of their rookie (account manager assigned) mistakes throughout the process.

Not good. People were nice but didn't have the knowledge we expected for an agency that charges $2K a month. On biweekly meetings will show us only screenshots of the FB ads account I have access to on a daily basis. The first month they will only send emails on a Friday at 5 pm requesting information, we had to wait almost three weeks for the first campaign to launch. Never saw any sales trend, no knowledgeable recommendations were done. And when we decided to end the contract, even though we stopped all the campaigns we had with them, they still charged us for the last 30days after we told

It has been amazing having the opportunity to work with Hawke and their team. After bouncing around a couple agencies, I was blown away with Hawke Media. Ralph, their director of growth is helpful, diligent, and always available. The performance of the marketing team continues to amaze. They are incredibly talented and always up to date on the newest trends. If you are looking to outsource your marketing you will not find a better team for the money. I have been working with Hawke for the last 2 months and i am thus far extremely pleased with the level of communication their team as provided me. I am using them for our internal affiliate and email management part of their services. There follow-up and responses to my emails are fantastic, i am yet to have any complaints regarding their team. I have been through 10+ media agencies and have yet to find a company with the level of communication this company offers. I will follow up with results as time progresses.

Their audit was great, but as the engagement progressed, they acted like an external agency without much accountability for the results and we weren’t able to leverage them to move the needle for us. If you need basic strategy advice, they might be a great fit for your needs. If you need them to execute or manage any projects, I would look elsewhere.

Incredibly underwhelming creative team. I ended up paying well beyond the financial quote and the team seemed disorganized. At first they come across as very professional but with time I quickly realized this is a group of new amateur talent trying to come across as high level. There was not a whole lot of urgency in communication and overall would not recommend investing in such a blasé company. I would give another star but the product was just flat awful.

This company exceeds all expectations in both treatment of employees and work ethic. Hawke Media always respects their month to month deals with clients and never pushes you a service that they don't truly feel you need. As for employee treatment, Glassdoor has given them an extremely high rating. A relaxed environment, great benefits, and dogs running around the office, contributes to the happiness of their employees which is seen the quality of their work.
