We've been taking our cars here for a few years at least. Whether it's "G" herself or any of her others working for her, everything couldn't go smoother. All our service experiences have been reasonably priced and honest. They are also reliable. They keep you posted on their progress and/or call you if when it's ready.....so far alway at the time they tell you.

Jason and the rest of the G-Tech team are on it! no joke. Amazing customer service and great knowledge of vehicles. All repairs done have been completed in a timely manner. I find prices to be fair for the repairs I've done and most important parts used have been reliable.

Had an excellent experience with Jason at G-Tech. I'd been gathering quotes on brake replacement and went in for an inspection.
Jason showed me the bad ball joint on the front drivers side and let me know from a safety stand point as well as financial, the ball joint should be replaced first. This really helps me plan and save for necessary repairs.
None of the other shops caught this problem at all or maybe because I'm retired, I've got SUCKER written on my forehead!
So grateful to find a woman owned shop I can trust because Jason went out of his way to prove I can!

I had a catalytic converter shield placed on my car after someone attempted stealing it. These guys did the job quick. I mentioned to them that the reviews on the shield stated there was a rattling after installation. They made sure to take care of it before they gave it back to me. Great job! I will return!

THE BEST! I don't know where to even start. My wife and I were on our way from Joshua Tree, CA to just North of Los Angeles in our 1991 GMC Suburban when we felt a shutter while accelerating in the fast lane. We travel for work and sleep in the Suburban sometimes so it was completely packed with our equipment and bedding. We continued to feel the shutter while accelerating just as we were passing through Upland. We pulled off the freeway and started looking up auto repair shops. Being an older vehicle, we've had quite a bit work done and have visited more auto shops than we care to admit

I was recommended to come here and I'm so glad I did. Jason the manager was so nice and made sure he explained everything thoroughly. (Being a girl and coming to an auto shop can be intimidating but I felt confident in his recommendations and the work that my car needed .)

OMG!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this shop!!! Jason helped me out tremendously with my brakes. He was very thorough, very friendly and patient!! He took care of my car like it was his own. Great communication, and the BEST part was, he found parts for me at a more affordable price, without me even having to ask! At G-Tech Auto, they really care about their customers. Awesome shop, recently moved to the area and took my dodge in before a trip to yosemite. 3 other shops couldn't diagnose my problem saying it was just allignment issue. knowing it wasnt i finally found out at Gtech it was my whee bearings. they had it done the same day with quality parts that came with warranty.. been back a few times since with family cars and they always provide quality work.

recently bought a newer used jeep, came in toask questions. the shop is so great lifted it up walked ne through a detailed inspection. answered all my questions even printed out a couple recalls

G Tech is amazing! I took my car there when it was overheating and showing warning lights. Jason was extremely professional and thorough. He kept the car and correctly diagnosed the problems. He even shopped around for the best price for the parts. They care about and respect their customers. I have been back for other issues and they fix it right every time. I also support the fact that they are female owned. G is doing a great job in the neighborhood.

I drove from Vegas to Upland and when I got there I noticed that my engine light came on, so I looked on Yelp for a good auto repair shop to have this looked into. Found G Tech with 5 star reviews and so I called them. The person on the phone was very understanding as I explained my situation and said that they will check my car as soon as I got there. According to the directions it was just a 2 min drive and as soon as I got there Jason left the car he was working on to diagnose my car. He checked the code and said it pointed to the turbo charger issue but he will have to look further

Best experience I ever had with my oil change. They were super fast, efficient, and kind. G is awesome! Very helpful! I definitely recommend this shop and will definitely be returning.

This is the only place I will ever go to for my car! They are so honest and quick with everything! I went to the Chevy dealership in Glendora and they wanted to charge me 900 dollars for something that wasn't even broken! It is so refreshing to have such good people to trust with your car! Jason is a total life saver and I hope he opens more shops closer to LA! Literally planned on doing a handful of errands until my cars radiator blew and the entire front of my car was covered in thick smoke. It is was so bad that, when I pulled up next to AAA store across G-Tech, an associate came out and asked if I was okay and if I needed a tow immediately.

Thankfully I used my card and was able go to the shop across the street.

In a follow-up to a lousy review I gave Ford of Upland for the crappy (highly overpriced) service they gave me recently, my experience with G-Tech was the opposite. Manager Jason was clear and professional from the start. I asked them to check out the oil leak Ford supposedly found, and the closest thing to a leak was the oil splashed around when Ford didn't mop up after doing an oil change. And G-Tech didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee. I decided to have them review a previous estimate from Ford for suspension work to the tune of $3800. After another free evaluation, Jason not only

I brought my Jeep here a few weeks after purchasing it from a used car salesman. There was an odd "squeal" when I would drive around 30-45 MPHs. I brought it by, the manager got in my Jeep and drove around the block with me, and gave me an incredibly honest and fast assessment. He said it was one of two things, and asked if I was still under warranty. When I told him it wasn't he was even more honest and told me to bring it to a dealer and see if warranty could look further into the issue, so that I could save money & possibly get a much cheaper repair. My Sister referred me as I was not having the best of luck with mechanics. I took my Compass Jeep which was having multiple issues, they took their time to explain the repairs, process, parts, they didnt rush their time explaining to me and my husband. I got a screwed over by another shop that did shoddy work and charged me almost $700 for valve cover gaskets and spark plugs. The leak was worse and they tried fixing it and made it even worse!!!

I brought it to G-Tech, Jason helped me out and hooked me up with a really fair price and they did the job right!

My only regret is not coming to G-Tech in the first place. In the future I'll be coming to them for repairs.

A big shout out to Jason for accommodating my Big Bertha.. i highly recommend them to everyone. I will be returning for any other work that she would need.
