Personal Care provides continuous supervision and basic health and health-related services by licensed staff. Assisted Living offers a sense of community through peer and staff support. The Personal Care and Assisted Living areas of Gaither Suites offer assistance with activities of daily living, fine dining experience, and daily scheduled activity program.
At Gaither Suites, we understand the importance of pets in people's lives. Human nature allows pet owners to interact and bond with their pets in a way that relaxes us and provides certain health benefits. At Gaither Suites, we understand and don't want you to give up your pets when you move into our residential care home.
And when uniting people they form long lasting relationships full of happiness, friendships, and love. I enjoy working with the elderly, especially being able to make a difference in their life and help them during this challenging transition in life. It has been rewarding to listen to some of the residents past life experiences and see the joy on their faces as they tell their stories.
POSITION SUMMARY: Resident Assistants are the front-line deliverers of direct assistance to residents. As such, each RA/CNA shall interact with residents, visitors and other staff with a positive attitude and in a professional manner that conveys care and concern for the residents well being.

Serve meals in dining room and assist with clean up in dining room: cleaning tables, washing linens, vacuuming floors, washing buffet, cleaning out silverware drawers, rolling silverware, & etc.Every employee is a part of every department. It is our duty to report to the appropriate department or fix and clean up any problems that may occur.
