I am so disappointed. This is the second time that my appointment was cancelled because they scheduled two people at the same time. The receptionist said that she is not very good at it, but she would do eyelash extensions instead...what.....They used to have a great esthetician. They put so much money into the place, they should try to get staff that matches what they want to be.

First off, the spa is clean and beautiful, and is probably fine for other services.I don't think this is the place to go for lash extensions. I have experience with getting these, and the full set that I received was uneven and way too much glue was clumped on my lashes. My eye was half glues shut, so I had to lay back down while she pulled my eyelids apart. They were also very thick, unlike mink ones I have received previously elsewhere.

While the personnel are nice I did not get what I paid for. Now I did have a groupon so I didn't pay full price. I paid for a full set of mink lash extensions. I only got a half set. They constantly tried to change my appointment. I have never had extension and after this experience won't ever again. I don't know how these where mink they were so stiff and rigid and terribly uncomfortable. Some actually fell out on my way home. NEVER agin. And this morning my eyes are all red and swollen

Their scheduling is awful! We had an appointment before an event and they decided to keep the facility closed on the day without either informing us or rescheduling with us! We showed up at the place and it was locked. Nobody bothered to return our calls or apologies for messing up our event after that!

I bought a Groupon for a full set of eyelash extensions and tried to make a last minute eyelash extension appointment. The esthetician was not on site due to some last minute cancellations but Adriana was able to come in and provide her services.
Paulette and Adriana were so very helpful and accommodating and I was able to get my full set of eyelashes in no time. They were kind and I had the best customer experience ever. I can't thank them enough! I have a beautiful set of eyelashes and I am really grateful that Paulette and Adriana were able to take me in at the last minute.

I want to save anyone reading this a major frustrating headache. DO NOT go here for any service!!!!
I don't even know where to begin with this joke of a company. It started when I purchased a Groupon for "Mink eyelash extensions with 1 refill". It stated that it expires after 2 months so I called early to make sure I could get the dates I wanted. It was IMPOSSIBLE to reach a person and when I FINALLY did it was a lady that stated she would have the receptionist call me back.... after waiting 2 days with no call I called back and AGAIN had to leave a message. I was so frustrated at

They have a lot of turnover with the employees. They cancel and reschedule appointments a lot. A few times they have cancelled with 15 minutes of my appointment (when I'm in the parking or as I'm walking into the spa). A few times I have been in there and if the front desk girl isn't there, no one else will help or even come out to take my name and say we will be right with you. I wish this place was more reliable because its very convenient to me (even though its pricey) but now i go to oxford valley or NJ to get my services done.
