Livengood's Barn is located on 20 acres, nestled among pastures and rolling hills. The intimate property is home to three barns, two of which have been remodeled for special gatherings. The property for rent also includes a large open lawn area, and quaint pond with dock. The downstairs of the Brown Barn includes a newly renovated bridal suite that is the perfect location to begin your wedding day!
Private bathrooms are available on both stories of the barn. The Shed, adjacent to the brown barn, has become the perfect setting for a night of dinner and dancing. This barn has been loved for its open feel and now the environment will be even more rich with temperature control. The shed boasts twice the square footage of the upstairs of the barn, giving you plenty of room to party the night away!

Our spring sale was such a hit that we are ready to do it again! Sale will run from 9am to 2pm with vendors spaces inside as well as space for outside trailer vendors as well. Interested in decorating with numerous pumpkins, but don't want the high price tag? Livengoods Pumpkin Patch can work with you to rent pumpkins for your event! Last year, they planted a variety of 30 different kinds. From orange to green to white or pink, Melissa and Jean will work with you to make the vision of your perfect day come to life!

Fist time i have been there didn't know the place existed. Very nice place to have a wedding even though it was very warm the barns are air conditioned nicely. Great pace to take pictures with the pond and everything the only disadvantages would be the limited parking and its in a secluded place which can be good and bad

What a beautiful, peaceful venue! Comfortable seating for 200-250 people. Climate controlled, wheelchair accessible. Gentle hills, great mix of sunshine and shade. BEAUTIFUL backdrops for photography. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Who knew the Garden of Eden was so close to the Quad Cities!?
